Poster sessions provide an opportunity for researchers/ industry professionals to present and discuss their work. Poster abstracts that clearly describe innovative and cutting-edge work or best-practices in the field of clinical research and are in sync with the theme of the conference will receive the highest priority in the selection process. Previously presented and published abstracts must be properly acknowledged by providing the citation to that abstract.
The presenting author should be available on the date and time scheduled. All posters MUST be displayed throughout the conference from 24 February through 25 February 2023.
Demonstrations of technology, multimedia presentations, and handouts may be part of the poster presentation. However, ISCR will not be responsible for making these arrangements.
ISCR reserves all rights to publish the selected poster abstracts in Perspectives in Clinical Research, the official journal of ISCR.
Format of the Poster:
- e-Posters ONLY
- Should be in PowerPoint presentation - one full slide ONLY
- Poster content should be readable from at least 1 ft distance
Criteria for Abstract Acceptance:
Each properly submitted poster abstract will be reviewed for its scientific merit by the Scientific Organizing Committee and other reviewers using the following criteria:
The main factors considered to qualify abstracts for acceptance are as follows:
Topic: Relevance, importance, value, and/or interest to clinical research community
Clarity: The objectives presented are clearly described
Methods (as applicable): The methods used (including the design, implementation, and analysis) are appropriate to achieve the objectives of the presentation
Presentation: The content is logical, clearly written, and clearly demonstrates the depth of understanding of the topic. The content of the abstract is nonpromotional in nature (does not promote a specific product or process on behalf of a company or organization)
