Highlights: Achieving and maintaining high standards in writing and disseminating scientific findings effectively is critical to advancing research. The workshop is divided into three sessions to help participants learn and understand the complete life cycle of scientific writing. The first session, designed to prepare the participants for a scientific paper, will cover the essentials of literature search and effective reference management so that participants can use their time wisely. The second session is designed to provide guidance on writing research papers, posters, and CME materials. It also features a session on ethics and guidelines that need to be kept in mind. The third session covers different aspects of the peer review process and the benefits arising from it. Overall, the workshop intends to help and guide the participants become a good peer reviewer.
